Uni-link buses pass the door and go to the stations, the airport and the city centre. The Practice is about two miles from both Southampton Central and Southampton Airport Parkway stations. There are taxis and Uni-link buses at both stations.From Southampton centre
- Go north out of town on The Avenue (A33). You’ll see Southampton Common on both sides of the road.
- At the end of the Common is a cross roads with traffic lights. Turn right there into Burgess Road, signposted UNIVERSITY.
- After half a mile, turn right into University Road, signposted UNIVERSITY (MAIN CAMPUS).
- The Practice is the last building on the left, on the bend in the road where University Road becomes Welbeck Avenue. Ring the bell marked THERAPISTS in the porch and your therapist will let you in.
From the M3 by car
- Come down the M3 to the end of the motorway. The motorway forks at the end. Either fork will do.
- Follow signs A33 SOUTHAMPTON.
- Stay on the A33 for 2.4 miles, going through two pelican crossings.
- At a crossroads with traffic lights, take the left filter into Burgess Road, signposted UNIVERSITY.
- After half a mile, turn right into University Road, signposted UNIVERSITY (MAIN CAMPUS).
- The Practice is No. 2, the last building on the left, on the bend in the road where University Road becomes Welbeck Avenue. Ring the bell marked THERAPISTS in the porch and your therapist will let you in.
From the M27 by car
- Leave the M27 at Junction 5 (Airport) and follow signs for Southampton.
- After half a mile you will go through four sets of traffic lights in quick succession
- At the fourth set, facing McDonalds, take the right filter into Burgess Road.
- After 3/4 mile take the left filter into University Road. The road goes through the University Main Campus.
- The Practice is No. 2, the last building on the left, on the bend in the road where University Road becomes Welbeck Avenue. Ring the bell marked THERAPISTS in the porch and your therapist will let you in.
